Wedding Planning
Our nationwide team of expert and certified wedding planners are here to coordinate all aspects of your wedding day including the venue, wedding cake, flowers, wedding officiant, menu, decor, entertainment, audio/visual needs, wedding favors and more. We help you plan from start to finish and will be there for the day of your wedding to ensure that everything goes as planned.
Travel Planning
Our dedicated team of experienced and certified travel agents are located across Canada and are an integral part of making your destination wedding in Canada a great success. They will look after all of the accommodation reservations for you and your guests, transportation if required to get to and from the venue and any sightseeing excursions or organized activities for the group.
Step 1: Book a complimentary destination wedding consultation
Step 2: Choose the destination wedding service package
Step 3: Coordinate with O Canada Weddings in selecting your venue
Step 4: Secure your wedding date and venue
Step 5: Choose the travel service package
Step 6: Arrange the airfare, transportation, accommodations, excursions and pre/post trip with your O Canada Travel Advisor
Step 7: Send out wedding invitations
STEP 8: Coordinate your wedding theme and wedding collection
Step 9: Arrange the details of your wedding with your O Canada Wedding Planner
Step 10: Order welcome bags, wedding party gifts and favors
Step 11: 45-60 days in advance travel needs to be paid in full by each passenger
Step 12: 30 days in advance, wedding arrangements are finalized and distributed to the day-of Wedding Planner on location
Step 13: Receive travel documents and itineraries
